The factory focus on the developing and manufacturing the stainless steel kitchenware that’s specially in manufacturing the stainless steel casserole, soup pot, fry pans which the bottom are with multiply layers structure(like bottom: SS+Aluminum+SS Or SS+Aluminium+Iron+Aluminum+SS) and incorporated with difference grade stainless steel of body and composited with difference thickness ofthe aluminum/iron metal material at bottom, to meet difference market demand for difference customers from the world.
After more than 10 years' development, the factory became successful with monthly output of 300,000 PCS stainless steel cookware products and the current average annual production value is 10 million US dollars. The main market is for European like UK, Poland, Russia, Turkey, American, and South American like Chile, Brazil, South Africa and other countries.

We continuously rains the ability level of the mould processing team and continuously improve the accuracy and the function of the mould to make and control the production quality. Now the existingmould are cover the main cookware types like the straight shape, conical shape, apple shape, belly shape and wide edge shape with difference diameter like 14/16/18/20/22/24/26/28/30/32 to meet the market demand of Europe, America, Japan and South Africa.
1) The Factory's Stamping workshop is equipped with 3 automation production lines and 3 Regular Manual Stamping lines( with 3 friction presses, 3 heavy-duty hydraulic presses, 5 drawing machines, 2 intermediate frequency heating furnace), with 1 Automatic cleaning line and 1 tunnel furnace and 1 stainless steel automatic edge grinding machine and 4 automatic material cutting machines.
2) The Bottom Compound(Brazing process) workshop: There are 5 soldering machine in the Compound workshop with daily output around 10,000PCS. This process is a main function process, so there’s a 100% QC check after this process. The quality and the technology of our soldering process is very good that our product can pass the endurance test like thermal shock test by The Lab Test Center.
3) The Polishing workshop: The factory have equipped with1 Automatic polishing production line in two year ago which with daily output with around 2500PCS and there are also around 5-6 Manual polishing lines that should need to settle around 5 polishing workers per lines which with daily out 5,000pcs in total.
And the polishing workers are very lack and shortage in now days. So 1 Automatic line can save 15 polishing worker for the same output.
4) The Assembling and Packing workshop: There’s 2 professional assembly linesin the air-conditioned assembling workshop which is capable of assembling more than 8000-10,000 pieces products per day.
5) The Warehouse: We also have independent warehouse for different kind of raw materials, finished products, Semi-finished products.
